You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The period runs: for eSIM — from purchase (conclusion of the contract), for a physical card — from parcel delivery.
Note: the right of withdrawal expires once the SIM card is activated / the eSIM QR code is revealed. After activation you can't request a return.
