*If you report a technical problem to us within the first 72 hours of activation and we are unable to solve it within 24 hours, we will refund you 100% of the costs.
*If you find the same card elsewhere cheaper, we will refund you double the difference in costs (does not apply to used, activated cards)
*If the shipment does not arrive on the declared date before your departure, we will refund you 100% of the costs
